About the Opportunity

Roofs In a Box is a U.S.-based virtual staffing company connecting high-performing Latin American professionals with fast-growing U.S. companies.

For this role, you will work directly with a data-driven performance marketing company specializing in call generation, lead marketplaces, and revenue optimization across competitive U.S. verticals.

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused position. Your work will directly influence campaign profitability, buyer performance, and margin growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will own the analysis and optimization of call and lead generation campaigns across multiple buyers and traffic sources.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing ping/post log reports to detect performance trends, routing errors, latency issues, and revenue leakage
  • Monitoring call and lead traffic quality, approval rates, buyer performance, and margin optimization
  • Optimizing routing logic (caps, pricing, geo-targeting, buyer filters) to maximize revenue
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues between publishers and buyers
  • Identifying underperforming traffic sources and recommending improvements
  • Collaborating with media buying and affiliate teams to scale profitable campaigns
  • Managing suppression lists, compliance checks, and quality control
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks

What You Must Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in call and/or lead marketplace management
  • Hands-on experience with:
  1. Ringba
  2. Retreaver
  3. Other call tracking or ping/post platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Ping/post lead distribution
  • Real-time bidding logic
  • Call routing and IVR flows
  • Revenue per call/lead optimization
  • Buyer caps, concurrency, and failover logic
  • Experience reviewing raw ping logs and postback data
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, filtering, reporting)
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements (TCPA, DNC, consent tracking)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize revenue-impacting initiatives

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in high-volume verticals (Insurance, Home Services, Legal, Finance, etc.)
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks and media buying environments
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Experience building custom dashboards
