About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Growth Operations Manager to join our team at Roofs in a Box, supporting a Florida-based roofing and home improvement company known for premium roof systems.

In this role, you’ll manage and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels: cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and paid ads while maintaining CRM systems (GoHighLevel and JobNimbus). You’ll coordinate with marketing partners, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to boost growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cold outreach and digital campaigns.
• Track and report KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, etc.).
• Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel and JobNimbus CRMs.
• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and outreach teams.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
• Lead weekly marketing performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or related field).
• 1–5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or operations (roofing or home improvement a plus).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong experience with GoHighLevel, CRMs, and digital ads.
• Data-driven mindset and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects.
